THERAPISTS AND STAFF WITH A WEALTH OF TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND COMPASSION. 

Our professional clinical staff include Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), as well as Pre-licensed and Intern Counselors.  Many of our staff hold additional credentials and knowledge regarding substance use disorder and recovery, trauma, and grief.

All of our clinical staff have extensive history working in various fields of counseling and bring professional and personal experience to their work. 

Our operations and support staff also brings a magnitude of experience to their work handling scheduling, facility operations, billing, special projects and events.

 

Jill Perry-Phillips, President

Jill is the founder and President of JP Counseling with over 25 years of experience as a counselor and a prominent leader in the behavioral health field.  In addition, Jill is also a well-known trainer and public speaker.

Jennifer Oaks, Clinical Supervisor

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the helping field with a major focus on psychodynamic theory and interventions. As a clinical supervisor, Jennifer strives to not only help clients find their inner strengths but other clinicians as well.

Bill Phillips, Operations Manager

Bill has 30+ years’ experience in facility management and operations. He oversees the facility operations, insurance claims, collections, accounts payable/receivable, data collection, advertising, marketing, and payroll.
